Honestly the staff were Amazing despite what happened the night of stay , where I had a random landslide person / A man who knocked on my door at night , knocked a few times and didn’t want to answer due to fear, and was quite afraid of what was happening hence why I called the Manager through booking.com number , telling her that there was a random person Trying to locate me in my room . Safe to say the issue was handled poorly by the host , and left my mindset in a total bad state , but when head manager came , everything ran smoothly and handled perfectly. I appreciate her so much

Well we didn't have breakfast so I'm not gonna comment on that. We only needed a place to crash for the night before coming back home today. But I find the place very comforting and peaceful. The location is okay considering it's peacefulness. It's great to know your place for future bookings when coming to your area. Wish we had the time to experience all that you can offer. Because we couldn't find a dairy last night for buying our necessities the service station was the only thing we could find. We'll It's not your fault it's just that we don't know the area well

Room was comfortable, recent new carpet and unit spruce up. Fairly quiet location. Short walk to restaurants. Close to main highway North or South. Bed was comfortable and warm. Good heating in the room. Have stayed here before COVID and will stay here again.

Small, ( makes it easy to keep clean and tidy AND keep track of everything. A long time working curse of travelling!) very clean and comfortable, quiet location. No fuss in and out. I will be looking to stay again when working in Tauranga. Thanks!

I had a full day surgery next door that day. They let my elderly mum into the room at 9am so she didn't have to sit in the waiting area next door. I was so grateful. The groundskeeper even took mum to the chemist to get my prescription 😊
